Adults can have a go at learning some basic sword fighting skills and learn about weapon and archery in the displays and talks. There will also be a jester’s circus skills workshop where young and old can have a go at learning tricks that the jesters use to entertain. You can also join in with the House of the Black Star and learn spear drills and skills in combat and see how the soldiers would attack and defend the castle. They will have storytelling, cooking displays, medieval medicine and leather work and will talk you through the way of life back in medieval Wales.
